D.A.T.

Oklahoma was hit by tornadoes last night.
And the American Red Cross is probably already on the scene.
Specifically, members of the Disaster Action Team from the local ARC chapter.

Last night, I officially became a member of the ARC Central Maryland Harford County D.A.T. And though saddened by disaster, I'm excited by the opportunities to help my local community.

I hope that eventually, I will be able to step away from the ARC, and work directly in a mercy ministry where I can share the gospel. But, for now, I'm honored to have the opportunity to serve in this way as a neutral figure representing not myself, but the Red Cross. Living for something bigger than myself.
